Today I’m going to talk about my favourite food! ☁
Lately I've been liking one food in particular... it's called patacon.
The main ingredient is plantain/green banana, also a little bit of oil and salt... and that's it.
I tried it thanks to the recommendation of my brother (that's what we call each other) who is from Colombia. I still thank him for telling me that it exists :')
Sometimes I buy it, because fortunately near my house there is a Colombian food restaurant <3
But anyway my bro usually teaches me how to prepare food from his country and I teach him too... it's fun :) So he showed me how to prepare Patacones, this one is really easy ahaha. You just chop it and fry until they look yellow... then, a little bit cooler, crush them and add salt to taste... Ta-dah!
I like them a lot because they are salty and crunchy, the perrfect meal for me!!!
Even if it is
a fried food, I don't think it is very harmful to my health. I usually eat very
little of this because a simple piece of it makes a delicious and filling meal 馃槉 and I don't eat it many times a month.... So I think it's not bad.
